Kobeon was approached by one of the largest municipalities in the Netherlands to help them get a project to go live. The project had been running for quite some time and had a high turnover rate in developers and the customer was getting desperate and wondering if the project would ever go live.
Our team did the impossible
Our team of expertworked closely with the customer and existing developement team to understand their primary business goals and identify key areas for go-live. We implemented a number of changes to the architecture, security, perfomance and aligned the team and the stakeholders on how to get the MVP live within weeks.
By giving Expert Guidance to the existing team and making sure there was focus on the priority items we were able to have successfull launch of a project which was delayed for months.
The results were amazing. Finally the project went live, every month delay of the project not going live ment a loss of € 25.000 because of the inability to shut down the legacy system. The customer was thrilled with the improvements and has since hired Kobeon for additional Expert Guidance on topics.
